Our philosophy
We don’t bolt sustainability onto a business. We help it grow from the roots up.
Swadharini is a boutique practice where corporate ESG frameworks meet the living logic of permaculture — a practice rooted in regenerative and practical techniques. We work closely with a small number of clients at a time — so every strategy is specific, measurable and genuinely lived, not just reported.

A permaculture practitioner who has lived zero-waste for more than a decade, Anu brings that lived experience to everything at Swadharini — from how we read a company’s footprint to how we build capability in the teams that can change it.
